WORKFLOWS
Workflows
One operational process per page, told end to end. Every one of them is an illustrative example — scripted to show the shape of the work, not a screenshot of somebody's live system.

Each filter is its own page, so it works with JavaScript switched off and the link can be sent to somebody.
Every workflow
- Branch close that doesn’t match the POS and settlements
- The end-of-day count at one branch, reconciled channel by channel instead of at month-end: cash against the Z-reading, GCash, Maya, card and aggregator settlements against the orders that earned them, the variance explained by the branch, and the write-off left to a person. Restaurants Retail chains
- Delivery that doesn’t match the PO
- A short delivery at one branch, caught on the day instead of at month-end: the receipt photo is read, matched to the purchase order, the gap is flagged with evidence attached, and the supplier query waits for the manager to approve. Restaurants Distribution
- Food-cost gap widening at one branch
- A weekly count instead of a monthly one, theoretical food cost set against actual per branch: the gap at one branch widens, the exception is raised with the count behind it, the branch is asked which of portioning, spoilage or pilferage it is, and the owner decides what to do about it. Restaurants
- Dealer sell-out report late or inconsistent with allocated IMEIs
- The brand’s sell-out cut-off at a phone distributor, met from what the dealers actually send: each stock card is read whatever its format, set against the IMEIs allocated to that dealer, units reported sold twice or never are flagged, and the report waits for a person to decide which dealers to call and what to submit. Distribution
- Warranty pull-out whose IMEI isn’t in the sold list
- A unit comes back under warranty and its IMEI is in none of the distributor’s sold records: the IMEI is looked up in sell-in and sell-out, the channel it came through is worked out from what the records do say, the RMA or the refusal is drafted with the evidence attached, and a goodwill replacement is left to a person. Distribution
- Stock transfer between branches that never closes
- One branch is out of an item another branch has too much of: the transfer is proposed from the two stock positions, the slip is prepared, receipt is confirmed at both ends, the transfer that never arrives is flagged while it is still a day old, and the approval stays with the owner.
